Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting, without french HOST IP…

Sur la piste pour un nouvel hébergeur, je cherche un truc (un peu costaud) pour héberger un WordPress, et des expériences de folies. Typiquement je cherche un VPS (Serveur configurable), dans un budget de 15/30€ par mois, avec un minimum de 512Mo en RAM et de préférence sur Debian, pour que je puisse installer mon bon vieux Webmin…
Et tant qu’à faire, profiter d’une IP étrangère (garant d’une certaine liberté ?). Ci-dessous, le résultat de mes recherches.
